The Contractor Support System is designed to help contractors control sales, operations and administrative functions within their organization. It is also the only resource necessary for designing your marketing strategy, managing personnel,
developing your annual business plan and estimating projects and service agreements. Its foundation is based on a set of “SIMPLE” business strategies:
Sales Management
Integrated Operations
Market Development
Personnel Recruitment
Logic Business Planning
Estimating for Profit
Six separate business tools, integrated as a complete contractor support system, designed to assist you in running your company more efficiently and with improved profitability.

Mark Roberts, President of Options VI, Inc. would like to help you make the most of your business opportunities.
$85 Billion dollars will be spent on training in the United States in 2006, of which 5% is attributed to
Webinars and other "online" web-based
training. This is a huge number that can't be ignored. It also means that if you aren't investing in the training required for your employees to achieve performance excellence...your competition is.
Training needs should be evaluated on an “on-going” basis. Constant industry changes demand that your personnel be up to speed to meet the customers’ needs. The cost of training should be built into every annual operating plan whether it is a need for management,
administrative, sales or technical training; thus assuring your market status.
The Contractor Development Series training schedule will be updated soon to include new offerings and the schedule for 2007. Check it periodically to make sure you aren't missing out on a topic that will benefit your company.

Training Update
So far this fall, Commercial Service Agreement Sales training has been in great demand. We held two sessions during the month of October, one in
Washington, D.C. and the other in Orlando. A "Bootcamp" is scheduled the week after Thanksgiving in Atlanta, and then again in Dallas the first week in December.
We still have some room in the Atlanta class, but you must register before November 17th. If you prefer the
Dallas class, you have until November 24th. You can register and pay on line at http://www.optionsvi.com/training/enroll.htm
Every month we will introduce one new C.O.M. (confidential operating manual), available for purchase online. This month's feature is Human Resources and Personnel Development. Once you begin to
build your resources, you will understand the value of the Contractor Support System.
