Cancellation
policy: All charges will be billed to your credit card
immediately upon acceptance of a reservation. These fees are
non-refundable if you do not show or cancel within 2 weeks of the class
date. Cancellations must be received in writing, via fax, email or U.S.
Postal Service, 2 weeks prior to the class date. A charge of $199.00,
per attendee, will remain on your card for all cancellations. In
the unlikely
event that a
class is
cancelled by
Contractor
Support System,
your only
recourse will be
to recover the
fees associated
with changing
your airline
reservation,
plus 50% of the
difference in
the cost of the
airfare to
attend the next
scheduled class
of similar type
and fee. If that
class happens to
be in or near
your city, or
within
reasonable
driving
distance, your
entire
registration fee
will be refunded
after you attend
the class to
offset the cost
of a
non-refundable
airline ticket.
Proof that your
airline
ticket(s) are
non-refundable
is required. |
