New Account Transition Support

After making your initial investment, the transition process begins immediately to properly introduce the Contractor Support System into your organization. The transition is monitored and conducted smoothly without interruption to your normal business routine.

 

Confidential Operating Manuals

Each contractor location will receive a complete set of Confidential Operating Manuals; one each of Sales Management, Integrated Operations, Market Development, Personnel Recruitment, Logic Business Planning and Estimating for Profit. Parts of these modules are available online through the use of a password protected profile after prior authorization.

 

Each module contains management practices and standards of operations for design and continued development of a contracting business. The Integrated Operations module also includes the online "Logic Business Planning" system. OVI will, from time to time, revise the Confidential Operating Manuals and will furnish such changes to the Client each year, or as appropriate.

 

Contractor Development Series shall be scheduled and provided at locations identified by OVI which include training for general management, sales management, operations management, strategic business planning, personnel development, service agreement sales, project sales, and customer service. The Client shall be responsible for the training fees, as published, and all travel and living expenses incurred by its employees in connection with such training. Some training courses are available online.

 

"On-Site" Classroom Training is available as requested or required by the Client, at Client's location, at a cost of $595.00/person per day, (minimum 3 employees) plus travel expenses. In addition, you will be provided training in new areas, new market opportunities and new service techniques as developed by OVI, at no additional cost.

 

Personnel Hiring Assistance shall be available upon request from the Client to make assessments of existing employees and candidates for employment for a fee of $300.00/person. Assessments include the use of the DrakeP3 personality profile, criminal and prior employment background checks. On-Site recruitment assistance can be provided at a cost of $1,800.00 per day, plus travel expenses. 

 

On-Site Consultation provided upon request by Client. 

On-site implementation, business development, sales training and coaching services are performed at the Clients specified location(s) for a fee of $1,800.00/day, plus travel expenses. A Sales Trainer will ride with your reps to coach and monitor sales performance and provide written evaluations and suggestions for improvement, as required. A Business Systems coach will review and monitor day-to-day operations and make recommendations for improvement.

 

Continuing Education

All subscribers to the Contractor Support System are encouraged to attend the annual Continuing Education Seminar. 

 

Sales Literature and promotional concepts are provided by OVI.

 

Confidential Use of Information

Options VI, Inc. shall hold in confidence, any and all information relating to the Client, including client's customer lists, contracts, contract sale prices etc. However, it may use such information without identification of Client, in statistical analysis of performance. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the materials, sales information, audio visual material, promotional information and materials, forms, lists, agreements systems, operational programs, computer programs and manuals, as well as the content of the training programs and consulting services provided by Options VI, Inc. hereunder are the proprietary property of Options VI, Inc. and must be held in strictest confidence by the Client. The Client will not release, reveal, communicate or otherwise compromise any of the materials, training methods, program content, systems, or other information provided by Options VI, Inc. hereunder to any other person, firm, corporation, division or entity of any kind without the express written consent of Options VI, Inc. The Client will instruct its employees in the confidential nature of all such matters and will invoke rules and systems, as necessary, to insure that the confidentiality of the same is protected.
